KayoMinds Return & Refund Policy
At KayoMinds, we’re committed to nurturing young minds with high-quality learning tools and toys. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
We understand that every parent wants to be sure their child enjoys what they learn with — so this window gives you enough time to review your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, which means:
- Unused and undamaged
- With all original packaging and tags
- No signs of wear, use, or markings
📘 Note: Because of the nature of educational products, activity books, puzzles, flashcards, and toys with opened packaging cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@kayominds.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- For returns due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, duplicate order), a flat ₹150 return shipping fee will apply.
- If your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost in full.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days to your original payment method.
💡 Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect. If you haven’t received it within 15 business days, please reach out to us at support@kayominds.in
6. Exchanges
We want your child to love every KayoMinds product!
If you’d like to exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above.
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@kayominds.in with photos.
We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no return shipping charges will apply.
